Perfect for a baby or toddler dress this fabric was designed to allow the dress, or skirt pieces to be cut from one side of the fabric and the pieces for bloomers to be cut from the other side. Although it cannot be seen in this scale, there are falling hedgehogs on the other selvage though without the grass and flower border where they are landing. The hedgehogs are approximately 1/4" in size and tumble down to land safely in the grass. Although one poor fellow has landed on his rump I assure you he was not injured. You can see them in more detail if you check out my other "raining hedgehogs" patterns in my Gallery; which are not for sale as they were uploaded only to show the detail in this pattern. You can also get a feel for the entire width of the border print if you look at it in my Gallery.

The hedgehogs are approximately 1/4" and I had a baby or toddler dress in mind when I designed it.
