One year, while living in Canada, I was sitting by Fairy Lake watching the snow fall. All of a sudden I saw twinkling lights coming towards me. There in the distance I started to make out a long line of children carrying candles. As they got closer I could see a woman leading a line of cute little children all carrying lights. In the middle of the lake there was a Christmas tree all it up in lights reflecting against the ice. This fabric design is from the memory of that Christmas.
