Taken on the beach in St. Joseph Michigan, this is a photo of an iron breakwater, common around the Great Lakes. It was taken in early September on a warm day, though from a distance it looks autumnal, up close you can see the sand!
This is a variation on a four point rotational symmetry, mirrored instead of a simple-repeat makes for more prounouced diamonds that look off-set from one another. Same repeat as Breakwater 4r
