My thought on creating this border is to use it in a full shirt ruffle. The top of the skirt in a matching solid or print along with a ruffle on the ruffle of that same print or on like it. Black and whites would be a safe bet but would also be great to pick a color in the piece and match from there. Can be used as child's skirt or a sassy dance skirt for the big girls. I left a lot of extra pattern between the main images for seems, spaghetti straps and details. This file can present larger or smaller. This set up gives you 3 rows of border per 42" quilting weight.
