My favorite falling leaves around here are the ginkgo leaves. I usually pick up a bunch and press them the old-fashioned way in a big heavy book and use them for greeting cards or other crafty stuff. So, even though the market is probably saturated with these pretties, I still wanted to make my very own fabric pattern with this beautiful plant. PLEASE NOTE: This pattern only works as a basic repeat.

This is a picture of two pillows made with my two gingko fabrics. I have since updated the color shown on the one on the right, to be more grey than beige. But this picture shows that the two designs make a nice combination.

I am just drooling over this fabric and trying to decide what would be the best use for it, and type would work for me. It is so pretty. I love linen curtains and am wondering if the linen-cotton canvas is suitable for that use. If not, which would be best for a light weight look?
