I'm sorry that you had a hard time building the plush! If you scroll a little more you can see that there are photos of the horns, It takes a lot of patience and a smaller seam allowance, but it can be done.

I bought a yard of this fabric to make 4 vikings. I thought it would be a really great project to do with the kids as we have made a lot of "plushies" off of Spoonflower. I now noticed that in the pictures provided above, you can see the horns ( a huge part of a viking by the way) and there is a reason for that...they are IMPOSSIBLE to sew and attach. This is a plushie only for a very experienced sewer as it is a very tight and narrow piece. I'm so disappointed.

Love this guy!
The Viking should look similar to this when it's all sewn up. The positioning of the arms and legs can be put differently when sewing.
