This one-yard project makes either one double-sided banner, or two single-sided banners (you provide the backing fabric, or don't use any). Easy instructions included.
EXTRAS: On 42" width fabrics you get five extra bats. Use them for appliques, or stuffed ornaments. On wider fabrics, you will also get a set of cartoon speech balloons that say "Trick or Treat", "Smell My Feet", "Gimme Something Good To Eat", and "Happy Halloween". PLUS, you will get enough matching binding to hang the banner.
The finished banner is 7.5' wide if you don't space the pennants out.
