I Love this one!! I gotta save my spoondollars so I can get it! :D

LOL so did I! :P
LOL I meant godet! Can't believe I wrote that when I was half asleep!
Thanks! I wish I'd come up with the word godot when I was writing the instructions :)
This should make into a very flattering skirt that is fun to wear. I love the inverse coloured godots; they will make nice flashes of colour.
Thanks for the positive comments! I decided that (at least with the quilter's cotton) that the impact of cutting on the crossgrain would be minimal - based on previous use of the fabric. I did make up a partial test out of some stash fabric, and that test proved that the thinner the fabric, the better. I think I want to work out a coordinating one yard top as well.
The positive / negative colours of your lovely fabric design will work well with the flirty style of your skirt pattern, Jeni! My daughters used to love swishing their hemlines when wearing this type of skirt when they were young girls. ( Hey, they are not too old now, and maybe they would still enjoy the chance to sashay around! :-D )
Great design and your skirt was something different with the gores and godets - which is a great application for on-demand fabric printing; & the sizing info very helpful. I would like to see how it makes up & what the impact of cutting on the crossgrain is.
Very nice shaped skirt :)
This is my favorite style of skirt and I love that you made the gussets contrast. Good luck!
