Well done Vanessa on coming 21st! You chose the right colour combination, very pretty!

thanks kdl, beebumble and Isabella. It seems a sundress is a popular idea for this fabric. I don't know any little girls I could make a dress for but I have a cute Amy Butler tunic pattern just waiting to be tried out.
This is a very pretty, multi-directional pattern. It would be lovely as a summer dress.
I agree-this would make a great sundress-sooo pretty!
What a beautiful sundress this would make!
Thanks for your nice comments everyone. I agree - a very girly/feminine one this time!
These darling butterflies are so pretty and feminine! The gradation in scale gives the design a lovely feeling of depth.
Ditsy-cute! This is a sure-fire girly fav
Great design. :)
Crisp and clean, and it works so well with just the two colors! Very nice!
Heather - Yep it was indeed! I ended up with so many variations of this design (and others) using the colours provided. I'll be interested to see what everyone comes up with...
:) This was definitely a tricky palette to work with, but you nailed it with your 2 colour combo! It's been fun getting a sneak peek at how people tackled the whole colour issue.
Catru - thanks so much :o) Heather - It's funny you describe this as a burst of happiness as I really struggled with the limited palette for this contest - I wanted to use all the colours, but the design just looked better as a 2 colour. I do very much like it being a burst of happiness for someone though :o)
beatiful!! and so usable too :)
Ooohh... I love this Monda! It's like a burst of happiness :)
