Easy to make skirt with elastic waist with cutting lines for sizes 4-10. (This skirt could actually be worn by people with a hip measurement smaller than 43", but is 15" long unless additional fabric is added). Fabric for a lining may be needed (depending on fabric type) since this skirt is white. Instructions are on the fabric.
Elastic, thread, optional ribbon, and optional lining are needed for the skirt. (If skirt needs to be shortened more, shorten it from the top so the gumballs at the bottom aren't cut off).
