Lovely! I like the scale of this one. It brings back a quilt my grandmother made for my doll bed (which she built) when I was about 6 ... and I used that little quilt and bed for my real babies when I was grown. This would make a beautiful Sunday/party dress, or a wonderful signature fabric for a bed or sitting room decor. In silk chiffon, I would pile it upon a big picture hat à la 1890's, but, lacking silk chiffon, I'd make a gown & peignoir set out of CdC.

Thank you. My grandmother made a cotton quilt for me when I was a baby and it had pink roses on it. Roses just brings that nostalgic feeling back. She passed away when I was three, so it is a memory of her, when designing rose patterns.
