This gorgeous design captures the essence of a lush, tropical island, Rhonda. It brings to mind exotic plants, clear blue lagoons, brightly plummed birds and even hints at a simmering volcano! Best of luck in the Islands contest!

I appreciate the inspirations of using lenses and earth/air/wind/fire. I wanted to add that this reminds me of a medieval knot/herb garden. Expecting a unicorn any moment!

Ah! I'd missed your reply to the question about were you going to do "air." I was thinking of this one as "earth" because of the "garden" in the title, but when I found your reply, I came here and read the description more carefully, and saw the reference to the air/wind. So, I guess my question about "air" morphs into: Have you done "earth"? and, if not, I hope you do!
Thank you very much Vicki and Arnilia! It was such a pleasure to read your heartfelt comments!
Sublime & beautiful Rhonda... colours and design have reminisces of William Morris. Would look fab for soft furnishings in period houses!
Thank you, Su! You now have my mind dwelling on exotic scenarios! My budget wouldn't allow for silk carpets but I could possible stretch to enough cotton/silk to make a floaty tunic top or maybe a pair of harem pants! I used to buy kaleidoscopes and fly-eye lenses for my kids to play with and always had to have two or three of them so that I could also have fun gazing through the eye-piece at the endlessly changing patterns of light and colour!
Wow Rhonda! This is like kaleidoscopes gone wild in that garden - I could not believe the intricacy of this design at the close up view, there is so much going on. Of course I'm thinking carpets in the harem, silk of course, and on the walls to be admired not trodden on...
Thank you very much for your poetic comment, Isabella!
It's as though a gentle breeze is creating movement in a gorgeous garden, Rhonda. Just lovely!
Thank you, Katarina! I am so glad that you like my "Heaven"s Garden"! :-)
