weaving...

weavingmajor says: ooh, this is so lovely. you did a great job capturing the feel of batik and yet without all the waxy crack lines - I'm guessing it must be the golden dots and the skillful use of gradients - but I sure wouldn't have thought to emulate batik this way. I love how elegant it looks. And the fish-hook floral motif is really neat too.

mina

mina says: Spectacularly lovely design. Yes a long sarong-type skirt or dress. Or curtains. Something on one of the wider fabrics where the whole design can show...

Posted about 5 years ago.

ravenous

ravenous says: Oh yes... some river plants on the right edge. I am not sure how to go about resizing this, but the whole design definitely shows on sateen.

Posted about 5 years ago.

glimmer...

glimmericks says: This is an absolutely beautiful design. In closeup it looks like some key stuff on the right drops off - will it fit on a sateen? Anyone who fails to enlarge this will be missing something wonderful!

ravenous says: Thank you for your fantastic comments. And I already like your ideas, Trisha!
