wow I am in love with ALL of your prints... Maybe if I get enough swatches I can make a quilt with all your work in one place.

Oh, Vo! This is SO beautiful! Love! Love! Love!
Thank you so much Annie Deb!
This is a beautiful design. Just found it. I typed in "cut and sew" in the Spoonflower search box. So pretty.
Thank you so much Anino!
I scanned this one. Photography is not my forte so scanning is much easier for me. :-)

did you scan the drawing or take a picture of it?
Congrats on top 10! One of my favorites.

Congrats on top ten Vo, super gorgeous and well deserved!!
Tracey! How did you know I coveted all art materials in kindergarten? Rhonda, thanks, I seem to gravitate to those colors often. hahaha Francine, really? Watercolors? I can see every place where I wasn't totally satisfied. Watercolors are easier for me since I can mostly control them...crayons way less control, more frustrating.
You made CRAYONS look like water colors! CRAYONS! No. Really. CRAYONS! :D
Congratulations on the top ten placing, Vo! The colours in this floral pattern are just so fresh and pretty!
Congratulations on crayon brilliance...you obviously rocked the kindergarten craft table!
Whew! It's been a few weeks of Weiners online so I'm glad this one isn't a Weiner on the web! Ha.
This is one of my favorites, so pretty! Congratulations! No weiners here, hee hee!
As long as I'm not recognized as a Weiner! bwhahaha.
Bravo! It's great when the voting community recognizes a winner.
Well done Vo!!
Sharon, Jillian, Samarra, thatswho (Harriet?), Carina, Kelly and Patty: thanks so much girls. Being in the top 10 is always thrilling! yay. And playing with new mediums and being sorta successful at it is a whole lotta fun for me. Thanks all! <3 to all of you!
oh yay vo! Your floral design is so very lovely... top ten is absolutely well deserved! :)
Just Beautiful, Congrats on top 10!
yey!!! awesome, congrats Vo for top ten!!! :D :)
Beautiful job, vo! I'm amazed at the subtlety you managed with crayons!
Woohoo, way to go, vo! Well done! One of my favorites!
Congratulations Vo! :)
hurrah for top 10 vo! congratulations :) xxx
There really are some designs that are fabulously worked aren't there? I wanted to use mineral spirits on this to get it more painterly but figured it wouldn't look like crayon so I didn't. I love playing with diff techniques.
So amazingly gorgeous Vo, another stunning crayon design with beautiful shading, and i love your skillful blending techniques.... really just so beautiful, i was totally expecting to be underwhelmed by the crayon contest but have been blown away by a select few...of which this is definitely one, one of my faves!
:-) Thank you Cynthia, I appreciate you taking the time to look and comment.
This is absolutely beautiful!
:-) Thanks Jillian, the greens/blues/yellows were my favorite part to do.
Those blends of greens are so gorgeous!
:-) Thanks Kelly!
yes - bright and fresh and lovely!
Victoria, thanks sooo much!
This is lovely. Love the description of your techniques.
:0 THanks Creedance!
Love the bright green!
Thanks Elvina, I had fun with it. And now I want to color more!
All I can say is WOW! You put a lot of effort into this, and it really shows! Excellent execution!
Samarra, Rachel and Patty, Thanks you lovely ladies! Let's lunch!
Gorgeous flowers, vo, and yummy summery colors!
stunning vo....really lovely!
Beautiful, beautiful. I'll take the table for four out in the garden, especially if these lovely napkins are dressing the table! So cheerful and fresh-feeling; perfect!
Wow, Michigan is blazing! We're in the high 70's when we're usually hovering in the 90's by now. And we're having those crazy swings too! Makes dressing for the day an adventure!
Come on over to Michigan! We were in the upper 90s today (and again tomorrow). Back to high of 68 on Friday, though. Crazy!
Lori, thanks for the fab comment! I'm waiting for summer to arrive! It's been a cool spring and I want it to be full blown right now!
Just Beautiful vo! The colors are so bright and summery! :)
Cean, Rosanna, Kelly and Rachel, I find myself obsessing over technique to make the thing do what I want so I appreciate the fab comments.
Rhonda, Katherine and Heather, I do hope that someone finds them cheery enough to vote for (because there are some fabulously lovely entries in this contest!)
Drea, Susan and Mona, thanks girls, florals are a fave of mine (which I think is so funny for some reason, I never thought I'd be a floral kind of girl).
Very delightful! I love the bright colors!
Love your technique and colors, very beautiful!
Hot D***, Vo! you showed those crayons who was boss! This is so vibrant and beautiful and glowing. Those tulips look so lifelike I just want to grab one.
I'm intrigued by all the techniques you used. Well done!
Napkins made from this lovely floral design would brighten any table setting!
That turned out so lovely!!! Really nice!
BE-U-TIFUL, vo! Simply amazing work!
For some reason when I think of napkins I think of bright cheery colors. Thanks Siya and Lucinda!
I love the bright colors!
Carol, the techniques were fun (in a sort of torturous way) to figure out how to make crayon look more polished. hahaha, I picked out a lot of little crayon blobs!
Alex and Carina, thanks so much. :-)
So gorgeous!! Loved reading about your techniques.
amazing work!!! :)
Thanks Glimmericks, crayon was hard!
I think goldfish prefer to have tail decorations. Neckerchiefs get stuck in their gills.

fabulous techniques.... awesome results. I love all the greens... so fresh and super zingy. Bit miffed at the goldfish-ism. What size neckerchief do goldfish wear? xxx
