These designs are made from a couple of Japanese fabric stamps I found last weekend at a local ephemeral Japanese antiques store. They are my attempts at 2 shades of indigo dye, plus an antique-brown-dye effect actually derived from the wood of the stamp. Virtual antique Japanese stamped indigo fabric! The background is subtly textured.
