I have some originally black and white batik which I dye-painted - I used that as the inspiration for the layout of this design. I fell in love with it as I was dye-painting it - stretched out between sawhorses in the yard. But this drawing uses the leaf shapes from my leaf texture design. This graphic floral is meant to go with the Leaf Texture, Double Cats, Counterchange Cats, and Tessellating Trilliums designs.It is in the Bluegreens & Brown colorway, with light cloisonne-style edges.This is the medium version; each flower & leaf unit was 5-6 inches long, but I changed the size to fit on a swatch, and liked this new size. Each flower & leaf is now about 4 inches long. (Let me know if you would like it larger again. There will be a large version too.) I revised the colors, and it is now ready for sale.
