This Fabric approximately,9x7 notepaper only has 23 lines approximately 1/2 inch apart,per fabric page/block,unlike paper note paper that has about 32 lines. Still enough lines to embroider some words. Don't forget to check out my Love Notes design. At ~ http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/561087
