My take on the tenth Doctor's suit, based on handling a swatch of the original fabric.
My take on the tenth Doctor's suit, based on handling a swatch of the original fabric (courtesy of the costume's designer when she was a guest at Gallifrey One).
The best way to re-create Ten's suit is to buy this in a lightweight cotton (which is similar to the original fabric) and then flat-line it with something of a similar weight - nothing too heavy! Keep in mind the original suit was made from cut-up pairs of casual-wear cotton trousers (hence some of the strange seam lines!).
ALWAYS SWATCH FIRST. I know it's a pain to spend $5 and then wait, but I want you to be pleased with what you get.
