This one started as some round and oval shapes for a flower design, but the shapes looked like smooth stones, so that's what I made. Then I wondered what else to do with it, and thought of the rain contest; so I made up some fish, and added rain-drops. My internet service was down all the time I was doing it, so I had no way to search for reference photos - I felt as though I was missing part of my brain.
Note: This is a revision posted on Sunday, 4/3. I adjusted the levels a bit in Photoshop, and posterized to 12 levels. I think it should print better this way. Soon I'll be putting together another collection, which will include this design. Note 2: It printed beautifully!
