For baby fabric contest. The subject itself was inspired by my older brother's room-- his wallpaper was a huge photo of the moon landing taken during the late 60s. The concept itself and the actual paintings were a cinch to come up with-- it was getting the hand-painted watercolor background to line up in the repeat form that was an absolute nightmare. It took me half a dozen tries to get the background to repeat the way I wanted it, but it was worth it-- I like the Expressionist look to the paint.
