I hope this is going in the folk tale contest! I love how you did the beanstalks and their leaves!

This is another fabulous design Cean, wonderfully story telling as always, fabulous details, and beautiful illustrations....really well done!
Oops! It's a goose not a duck... :-$
Love the little men... They are so cute!!! Specially the one holding the duck.
Great design :•>
Another wonderful, illustrative design. I agree about Goldilocks; but I also always heard the version of the Jack and the Beanstalk story as the giant having stolen the goose from Jack's father; I think the harp also.
Haha! I was thinking of a Jack theme design, but also dislike the moral (or lack thereof). This is a wonderful design though.
this is so great. I agree with your view on Jack and Goldilocks. Even as a kid I never quite understood why they should be rewarded. I did see a Jack marionette play once, where they had been investigation the story and apparently there are versions where initially the Giant stole the goose from Jack's father. So that sort of makes it better :)
WOW! Boys love to climb up. Great masterpiece! well done!
Thanks everybody for the super feedback! I've decided on a different pattern for the project selvage, but I'm glad I did this one, though thieving, nasty boys like Jack really shouldn't be immortalized on fabric. Rather he and his compatriot of home invasions Goldilocks should be thrown in the clinker!
haha, love the name! This airy, imaginative design would make amazing curtains or bedding!
This makes me smile, lovely work Cean!!
Yet another Ceanirminger masterpiece! All the small details are a delight.
you are an amazingly talented artist!
This is so much fun to look at! You're quite a storyteller in your images.
Is the harp singing?! You always use the most wonderful details.
Looks great in repeat!
I just love this! So beautifully done!
Very cute, the vines have a lot of depth to them, they look sturdy. You have the goose, the harp and the golden eggs - very nice.
This is seriously clever and sweet. One of my favourite ideas for my nephews blanket!
The Giant looks seriously scary in his wrathful pursuit of the larcenous Jack! Cean, this is a super illustration of the ultimate, "boy's own", adventure in the realm of Fairytales.
Fun and clever. Can't wait to see the finished product. It's gonna look great on cloth
Oh my! This is absolutely brilliant.
How cute are these guys?! I love the golden eggs (the goose looks a little worried — um, if I had to go up there, I'd rather the giant be the one to carry me up too!) SO well done and original as always!
