Description:

Forget 64 crayons. Forget 96 crayons. What you need is a neverending box of crayons, shown life sized at 300 DPI and permanently arranged in rainbow order.

This crayon fabric is now available in a Fat Quarter collection too: buy a yard, get a FQ of this design and a FQ of marbles, spirographs, and pencil-shaving polka dots!

Also available as jumbo crayons!

weaving...

weavingmajor says: Jane, a fellow Spoonflowerer, emailed me with pictures of the beautiful "bapron" (baby apron) bib she made with my crayons fabric - adorable! She said I could share it with the world, so here it is ;o) Jane also says that anyone interested in making their own "bapron" can follow a free-for-personal-use tutorial here: www.craftinessisnotoptional.com/2011/05/bapron-tutorial.html!

amy_g says: I used to do the same thing!!!! That was my very favorite gift back then....the Crayola box of 64 crayons....it was such a thrill!!!!

fireflower

fireflower says: Oh! It is such a relief to learn I am not the only one in the world who arranged her crayons be in rainbow order. That was considered weird and unnecessarily picky in my school and family. I really like it that you used crayons that were not all new & un-used. It lends a delightful visual variety to the surface pattern, and, at the same time, a depth of individuality, of personality, that enriches the response of the viewer (in this case, me). The only thing missing is the scent of the wax!
