Just spotted your gorgeous paisley design Vo! Beautiful!
Posted about 1 year ago.
I'd love to see photos if you were to make something out of this. It's one of my faves!

I would love this in a peasant shirt or flowing skirt. Way cute! How are sales? Good I hope. :) M
Mona, I covered a portfolio book with it and gave it away. I stupidly did not take a photo of it! D'oh!
Love this. Great blend of blues and motion. What did you make with the cotton sateen? M
Wow!!! Absolutely delightful little fishies and pickles! I'm a beginner on Spoonflower and really don't know what I'm doing yet. May I ask HOW you make your design? Where do you start? So many wonderful, intricate details. Do you start in "Paint" or photoshop or, well, paper and pencil then scan? I have some fishies in my gallery, too, but like my "Sunny Day" fractal best.

bwhahaha. And best of all, no hangover at all. I just got this design on the cotton sateen...it's beautiful. I need to take a photo of it.

Love it. Much better than drugs and twice as intoxicating.
Thanks Catru and Victoria. I have a feeling this is one where I'm going to have to have printed out on sateen and show everyone what it looks like.

I'm completely floored that this isn't in the top ten. Hope you sell lots!
not even in top ten .... grrrr.... beatiful design :) I told you that before, and say it again :)
Thanks Inscribed. :-) I appreciate that you zoomed to be able to see the white against blue.
I love all the patterns in your inspired paisley design. The white really pops against the blues and cements the batik look.
Francine! Thanks, I did try to do something different, a whole lotta fun to play around and go wild ya know?
This is fan-freaking-stastic Virginia! - it looks like nothing else I've ever seen on here. Big big wow factor!
((((Annosch, thank you))))
Thanks Cean! I wish it glowed more in the regular view...zoom shows it pretty well. persian pickles, persian pickles pertian pitcles. I give up. hahaha.
Wow, this positively glows and looks 3D! Wonderful colors and intricate illustrations, and now I can't see a paisley ever again without saying "persian pickles" five times fast, and I love it!
Grace: thank you sooo much! Rabble: thank you too! And btw, I LOVE your username.
Sklater: Thanks so much for zooming, it does show off better in zoom. It's far brighter in zoom than not. Kristopher: thanks sooo much for the instant fave! Whenever I do designs that could work for interior design I think of you, so thank you!
Rhonda, thanks, me too! I might have to sew something up with this. Jo: our fishes ought to meet up, because I think they'd get along swimmingly.
Fabulous design Vo - instant fave - best of luck in the contest :)
Stunning Vo! now i can see that a blue fish design is a great idea if you can get it right hahahaa!! so funny we had the same kinda idea but they turned out so differently, yours is gorgeous of course and really shows the amount of work you put in and the huge amount of talent and skill you have. A totally beautiful design full of depth and movement!
The swishing koi fishtails flick fluidly through the shimmering paisley patterns of your fabulous design, Vo! I would love to see a floaty silk top or pretty accent scarf made from this fabric!
This is just gorgeous! Whatever struggles you may have had, it was worth it.
Blue Thimble, Welcome! I hope you have a fab time cruising everyones designs (there are some fantastic artists who are unbelievably great humans who play here). And thank you for loving all of my work...high praise is that!
Catru, kelly, simboko, Shin, Mona...I so hoped it would look like they're glowing. :-) Thanks for making me glow!
Sharon, cveta, kdl, nadja, sparegus, samarra: Ya'll all are responsible for me having a good evening reading all your fantabulous comments! Thanks all, those koi took some swimming upstream to come out and play!
Oh wow! This is stunning, Vo!
This is so pretty Vo!
Beautiful. Love the glow on the koi.
very nice. I love the combination of sharp lines with the soft edges of the white neon glows. The batik colors look great (and perfect for the subject) and I bet they'll print up really nice!
Amazing! I love your prints. I'm new here and just wanted to say, "hi! I love all of your work!"
wow, vo, a great job you made here! it really shows lot of work too :) it has a wonderful depth effect
So electric and jazzy, vo. I love the sneaky hidden koi and the colors are nice and buzzy! Well done!

Patty, Poetry, Palm, Rae and Jillian, thanks girls! This one was HARD for me (whew!) but getting nice comments makes it all worth it. :-)
Beautiful textures and the shapes fit so well together!
so lovely it's almost glowing!
Really gorgeous! I love that you did tone on tone - it really plays up the design for me!
