I really love the feeling of serenity that you have captured in this design. You may like to think of a quilt using this scene as the central panel to go with your beach dreams pillow.

Thanks for the lift, treacle_treats.A friend just gave me an idea for a re-design as a bed pillow - then I can really dream of the beach!
Very cool design. Your bright, beach scene is just the kind of image that 'pointillism' brings to mind. Just can't believe what some people thought fit. ::headshake::
Thanks for your kind words, inscribed_here! (and now inscribed HERE!):-)
This serene view of the ocean is light filled and lovely; a marvelous expression of this week's theme.
lol I might just make this into my winter shower curtain!
Thanks so much rhondadesigns and gracedesign. This is actually a combination of individually photographed and digitally painted elements. I had Seurat in mind and wanted to do a landscape instead of a pattern. Living close the beach and being buried in all that snow just made me want to dream about the summer and sailboats!
such soothing colors. beautiful design!
Yes! This is what Seurat was about when he used the multiple colours of fractured light to create his paintings. The atmospheric luminosity of your design is fabulous!
