Thanks so much, Mina. Your wonderful comment has made my day!

Great design - more like what I think of when someone says large-scale botanical - depth, scale and texture variation. And you made the colors look good. I like your others in this collection too.
Your positive feedback is much appreciated, Patty and Cean, thankyou!
This is so bright and happy, Isabella. Your even more restricted palette works prefectly for these wonderfully realized grapes. This would make a fantastic table cloth, or patio cushions!
I'm a little slow with comments on this week's entries, but your grapes on the vine are luscious! You've created so much depth in this design, looks terrific.
Thanks so much for the lovely comments, Grace and Angelica.
Hi Isabella, thanks for your sweet comment on my design :) Your work is really nice--love all the vibrant color! This was one of the designs I voted for in this week's contest, but I like the realistic one as well. Would look great in a dining room or kitchen!
so fresh & lovely. good luck!
That sounds lovely, Rhonda, good luck with that convincing! I'm actually considering one of the more realistically coloured versions of this design for my own dining room.
I'm so glad you think so, Jillian. Thanks for commenting.
Your grapes look great in these fresh colors! Wonderfully creative idea!
This fabric would be perfect made into curtains for my kitchen and diningroom windows, Isabella. I would still be able to see a fresh green grapevine in Winter when the one in my garden is bare of leaves and looking skeletal. Now, I wonder what my chances are of convincing my other half that this is a good idea?
Thank you, Jo, for all your wonderful comments and support. I really wanted to achieve a sense of depth with this design so I'm very pleased to hear that you think I was successful.
this is super fantastic isabella, love you've done fruit instead of flowers, and so beautifully too, like lucinda said you have created wonderful depth and the repeat is amazingly well done, i really love this one so bright and summery and deliciously fab!
Thanks, Lucinda. I love to use a fruit patterned tablecloth at new year so perhaps that was a subconscious influence on my design process. Consciously I was thinking of a big comfy ottoman or sofa in a light-filled living room.
This is nice and refreshing! The use of the 3 restricting greenish colors create a sense of depth. I think this would look lovely as a summer table cloth or napkins.
Oh, Rhonda, I meant to add that, yes, this is my competition entry.
Thanks, Rhonda, Mona and Elvina. Your sweet comments have made my day.
When selecting a subject for this contest, I have debated for a while with myself between grapes and figs! I chose figs, but this is exactly what I had in mind for grapes. You executed it SO well! Crisp, fresh and summery! I love it!
These delicious grapes, ripened on the vine, look ready to crunch into right now, Isabella! I am truly not obsessed by the thought of eating, but this wonderful design is making my mouth water! This is absolutely within the definition of botanical, uses the restricted colour palette well and has a great repeat. Good luck with it if it is in the competition.
