Inspired by real papel picado banners my spouse and I had at our wedding, I decided to create this fabric version of papel picado (Mexican cut paper banners). Ours were Frida Kahlo images-- merging Mexican heritage with my love of art. This banner is pure love inspired. Perfect for your Valentine sweetheart or as an anniversary present-- or just to brighten up a room with a punch of color and love. Directions included. I alternated the Spanish and English banners, along with colors, to form a pattern to my finished banner.
