15 Bunting Flags in colours of Vintage Red, White and Blue per Fat Qtr of Quilting weight cotton :)
"Easy As" Directions:
Cut 15 fabric flags (included) with pinking scissors - Iron flat - Arrange as desired leaving an even space between each flag - Cut enough bias tape to fit all 15 flags side by side + extra on each side for tying bunting to hooks etc - Pin flags into place in bias tape (or folded ribbon) and sew to secure - Enjoy :)
