en francais! The idea I had for these was as little ornaments, but I sort of ran out of space to include the backing. I will post pictures when I sew some up! I also learned that it may have orignally been a French song anyhow, with the French Hens and the red-legged partridge, which is the only one that likes to be up in trees and is native to France.
