Somehow I missed this. I love how the look like christmas balls. Beautifully done Kelly!
Thank you, Victoria!
It printed up so beautifully vibrant! great project.
Thanks so much, Francine, as trippy as it is, it has become my favorite, too, I just love how the tote turned out. I've gone on a bauble kick with some of my newer designs, too, such fun!
So trippy!!! I love it - I think it just might be my favorite of yours Kelly!
Thanks, Isabella, I'm going to attach a sturdy adjustable woven strap handle to it.
Wow! An excellent use for this fabric.
Tall bucket tote in organic cotton sateen.

Many thanks, Kelly, for your nice comment!
I love this! very nice
Thank you so much, Rhonda! I tried a series of other background ideas, but sticking with all candles seemed to make the best visual impact.
This design is full of amazing optical illusions, Kelly. It looks as though a set of pretty festive candles are being reflected in twirling glass ornaments which are in turn being reflected in another mirrored surface.
Thanks, Cean, so glad you like it, I was going for reflective ornaments. I did create 2 similar designs in dots (which kind of remind me of the color blindness test), too.
Wow! This op art confection is so great! It's got amazing texture and depth and the colors totally make such a fun statement. I saw swirling Christmas ornaments when I looked, but it is kind of like a Rorshach ink blot test, every one sees something different!
So glad you like it, treacle_treats, Victoria and Lucinda! I also made 2 (must order swatches) very funkadelic versions in a dot pattern, I'll post those, as well.
Really bright and fun!
Very fun! Cool 3D effect.
what fun! I agree, kdl; it does look like reflective ornaments.
Good idea. You can use it to collect all the presents people will be hypnotised into giving up!
Thanks so much, Isabella! That is too funny :-). I think I will make a tote with my fat quarter, and border it with coordinating trim.
I'm sure this will be a very useful print, Kelly. It's so funky and bright that it's almost hypnotic. I can almost hear a little voice saying, "Look into the flames... and give me all your presents!"
So glad you like it, Rachel!
really cool and super 60s funky!
Thanks, Kelly, I like the ornaments idea, and Mona, too, there were several attempts to get this to look the way I wanted it to, every time I thought I was finished, I thought of something new to try.
Wow! This looks like it was a lot of work! Really wild! Nice job!!!
very fun and bright and funky! would be cute in a quilt... in fact it would be fun even to just cut out the circle shapes and stuff them and sew them into ornaments!
Thanks, Samarra, Kathleen and Sarah :-). It is a wild ride, and somewhat reminds me of a ride at the boardwalk, a Scrambler in the dark, complete with light show.
Wheeeee! Very fun!
Good in small amounts! It does look like it is moving.
So cool, kdl! Great colors too.
Thank you, Sharon, Joanne, and Patty! It started out as a stripe, then I just went crazy, I wish I had hidden a picture in it! I wanted to give it depth and movement. I think it looks like a disco ball, too, or a reflective ornament.
wow, this is really trippy! Almost like disco balls of candles, very festive!
wow, i love this, i'm all for a bit of a psychedelic, funky, bright pattern. this is fab! and haha sharon now you've got me looking for a hidden picture too!
