I love this design! It looks fabulous as upholstery fabric.....so wonderful!
Thank you Rhonda! Your fantastic intuition does not surprise me on bit!!
This design does, indeed, look wonderful used for upholstery! When I scrolled down through the comments, I was amused to read that my words from 3 years ago have now been made a reality! ;-)

What a GREAT idea, Rachel! Very cool!
Stunning. Herringbone is such a familiar favourite and then when the detail is as beautiful as this........just stunning!

This design has a lovely rippling texture, particularly when viewed as a yard. I think it would be wonderful used as an upholstery fabric.
Thank you Anja and Merthyr!!
This is a gorgeous pattern and design. I love it!
Simple but so great. I really like this. Good job!
Thank you Shel!
Nicely graphic; I like the closeness of the lines. Good luck!
Thank you Lucinda!
The color and arrangement is great.
Thank you Victoria, Cean, Vo, and Francine! Cheers!
I think this is brilliant. You've taken a traditional textile pattern and given it a whimsical surprise twist. Fantastic!
Love this. Yoga pants, these would be great as yoga pants! I love watching these little seed things fly from the trees!
Wow! This has got such an awesome optical illusion going on. The herringbone is swimming all around when I look at it. I think you and Samarra have taken the same object and made completely different, equally stunning patterns. Bravo!
This is a great design, It would make a wonderful skirt. I agree that it would also be a good fabric for men or boys. Make sure you add tags for that, if you haven't already; there are people looking for masculine fabrics.
Hahaha. I know, I know. Nobody here has that reference so I just look like I like poo patterned fabric. Which is pretty hilarious in and of itself. :)
Thank you Natalie, i really like your design as well!!
This is terrific! :D I really like how it turned out with the wonderful repeat.
hahaha, samarra, that comment was purely based on your delicious kawaii find ;) thank you for your very kind compliments. thank you inscribed_here, kdl, kelly, jillian, jo, and mona. you all are very kind and sweet. i love when people see shirts, cushions, and other coverings...that alone gives me a sense of accomplishment. jo, yeah, you are so right, i should upload it to a bigger size, but i'm too chicken to manipulate the helicopters beyond their lifesize selves. i took the easier path and included a 'zoom...' in the title. i hope that helps a bit. thank you, again, ladies. very kind indeed.
Wow - that is really pretty!
i really love this one rachel, and agree with kelly and samarra that it is really strong and bold and clean and fresh, clearly helicopters are made to be put in cool patterns!! .....have you entered it this size? just wondering as i think maybe you could enter it at the size the swatch view is showing to be seen more clearly in the contest, then reduce it back to this size for sale. just a thought...looks amazing in any size tho!
Great job on this, it looks awesome!
I like this a lot... for different reasons than SammyK's. I agree with her assessment of 'strong and masculine' - it's woodsy, clean, fresh and I love the pattern. As well as a nifty shirt, it would make neat deck chair cushions... or a small clutch or zippered bag.
This does make a great herringbone!
This is a very effective pattern. I'm sure it will make a fantastic small print.
Poo!?!?! How dare you! :P Oh the humanity. I was contemplating cigarette butts and dirty diapers as those are everywhere in the terrain I live in, but I've always loved these little helicopter sammies.....yours is wonderfully strong and masculine. I think it would make a great men's dress shirt!
Samarra, your's looks way more organic and pleasing on the eye!! how funny though, i was seriously thinking you'd work with poo!!
Hahaha....great minds, great minds! Love your repeat. :)
