With the contest for 18" doll clothes fast approaching, I decided to start playing around with the idea of a "pillowcase" dress, which is a jumper made with two pieces of fabric. I found out I had enough space on a fat quarter for the dress, instructions, and fabric for a little co-ordinating bag. I used clip art for my motifs, and, since I love October, went with a Halloween theme. If I like the way it makes up, I'll probably try it in other colors. In the meantime . . . meow!
BTW, I made up my sample and it not only fits "American Girl" type dolls, because of its simple design also fits "Bitty Baby" dolls as well.
