By Shin Young

I've always liked designing patterns. I use my own when designing stationery and my artworks. I'm thrilled to be able to print those designs on fabric too as I love to sew. I hope you'll like my designs too and you get inspired to make something too

Description:

I love using other fabric designs I've made in new fabric designs. This was a perfect chance for me to fill the raindrops with my other designs.

shiny

shiny says: Thanks all! Yes, Natitys, I know about the iron on. I have some, but it would be too narrow to use for any raincoat I think. But you've made me want a raincoat for my daughter too. I'll have to try to find a good pattern first! :)

ksteve

ksteve says: Very cute design! There is a spray on water-repellent. Never tried it, but something to think about for the raincoat ideas. I love all the different raindrops.

natitys

natitys says: I know it adds to the cost, but they do sell at some fabric shops some form of iron-on stuff you can put over the fabric to make it "vinyl like". OR, it can also be doubled with regular clear vinyl and sewn together, would be more work but I think it's possible! ;) {totally worth the trouble for really cute rain coats!!

betje

betje says: Very sweet. I want an umbrella like that with my face on it. As well as the raincoat of course!

ceanirm...

ceanirminger says: I love the flow and depth of this pattern and the faces of the umbrellas. The raindrops utilizing your other fabrics are just brilliant! My fave is the red head, though i'd feel bad making her take the brunt of the weather while I just cowered beneath her giant head.
