MooShoes Los Angeles, now available for purchase.
We created the original design this is based on as a wallpaper when we helped open MooShoes—a vegan, cruelty-free shoes + accessories store—in Los Angeles in 2014. The pattern features custom-illustrated animals—a bear, deer, raven, jack rabbit, fox, and field mouse, along with Libby (MooShoes owner, Erica's rescue dog) and Bowery (the dog-fighting Maine Coon Cat that used to call MooShoes NYC home). We hand-wrote and then digitized animal-friendly phrasing scattered throughout the pattern. This version differs from the original in that the pattern's scaled a bit smaller as a wallpaper and the design's in a grey palette rather than the original cyan.
