it would be very confusing, Katherine!!! LOL, thanks for taking a look, dear Katherine! :o)
I'm sitting here trying to figure out what tracking him would be like with all of those footprints. Hehehehe...
Thank you so much, Paula....I want a pair of those boots! :o)
I thank you and the Dude thanks you, Boo! :o)
Oh Amy you can be relied upon to put a smile on my face! The Dude is a true character. Fantastic.
Wonderful humour Amy, loving his boots!
Thank you so much, Sylvie! He is a groovy, happy little chap indeed. Mr. Mellow.
You made me laugh out aloud with this super funny design! I love it so much. The peace sign and his many arms and legs... seems he's not sure which way to go whilst visiting our planet :-) He looks as if he likes what he sees though.. a very happy chap!
Deborah, you just brightened up my whole morning! Thank you......I'm quite partial to his shoes as well, I would like a pair of those! :o)
Thank you, Ceri, that was not intentional, but a happy accident....thanks for noticing Ceri! :o)
He is a happy guy, Vickie, no worries!!!! Thanks for checking him out :o)
I love that he arrives in Peace! Such a happy fellow!
Those feet pointing in every direction are cracking me up Amy!
Amy, you never disappoint. I knew this dude was yours before I saw your name! He's so wild and wacky and I like that repeat viewable in yardage. Great job and a surprising use of the limited palette! ;-) (I especially like his shoes.)
Thank you so much, Sarah, I'm so glad u stopped by to take a look, I really appreciate it!
Thank you so much, Lisa! He may be ugly, but he's a friendly, peaceful guy :o)
Only you, Amy! Only you. This fellow is amazing. I love the peace sign emanating from his mouth, and especially his whirligig hat! He obviously means us no harm, however startling he looks!
Out of this world Amy!!!!! So much fun and imagination.
LOL, Kara! How would you like to see this thing walking towards you?! I'm glad u like his shoes and hands....thank you, Kara!
Hahaha :) I'm glad he's hiking on his own planet and not mine :) Love the sneakers and hands especially!
Thank you so much Sylvie! The limited palettes are always a challenge, this color scheme I kind of liked though. :o)
Thank you so much, dear Christine. You have such an observant eye....you miss nothing! I'm so glad u like him!
You made great use of this crazy (and much cursed by me) palette! This alien is hilarious and cute, everything pops against the sky background, the pants-texture is wonderful, and so are the paint-like stripes dripping down! Great job, Amy! :)
Great job with the limited palette ! The alien is so funny too !
Thank you, Margreet, a laugh is definitely a good thing!
Thank you so much, Tina....don't always like the limited palettes, but this one was okay! :o)
LOL, Lynn....me too! Thank you so much!
Great, Amy…I need a pair of shoes like those! No - really!
Wow Amy this is so amazing as usual but even more wild and wonderful in that limited palette!
Lori, I want to be groovin' around town in some of these shoes too! Ah yes, the fuzzy, green teeth of the morning...excellent visual...you crack me up!!!! Thanks for taking a look and your hilarious comment!
I know what you mean, Su...I couldn't get that song out of my head yesterday! Read Dave Barry's "Book of Bad Songs and he talks about just that...how it is always the bad, stupid songs that you hate that stick in your head! Lori's comment cracked me up too! Thanks so much, Su
Tee hee! Amy you've done it again! Rhonda's riff on the "purple people eaters" has that song reverberating in my head, and I feel for Lori and her green "late at night" teeth... Once again you've brought out the very best of the hilarity in your commentators!
I feel the love....and I want me some'a them shoes! Just two tho' : ) Sometimes reeeaal late at night, my teeth are that color too......
Thank you so much, Penny, I'm so glad u appreciate my weird sense of humor! :o)
Another cool design Amy, love your sense of humour
Moira, I'm so glad u like my trippy, drippy mountains. Makes me happy that you like the repeat, always a challenge getting that right! Thank you, dear friend!
Thank you so much, Alex!!! I'm so glad u like it! :o)
Rhonda, you just crack me up!!! I love how your mind works!!!! I think Purple People Eaters was a song out here in the US in the 1960s or 1970s....I'll have to google that..... ;o) Thank you so much for taking a look, Rhonda, I always enjoy your comments! :o)
Hey, Love and Peace Man. Brilliant as usual - loving that look in his eyes! The repeat looks Fabulous and I adore those dripping mountains!
The expression, "purple people eaters" has always left me in a quandary. Do the words refer to purple people with big appetites and a need to eat, or is it a case of aliens with a taste for purple people? Whatever the answer is to that question, there is no doubt that your purple alien character is an amazingly cool intergalactic, hitch-hiking dude!;-)
Brilliant! AND you made the colour palette work!
