I couldn't stop thinking of the opening sequence from Monsters, Inc while I was trying to design a door and window fabric. I liked these off-kilter, colorful doors, and decided to throw in a bit of Sesame Street influence too. This week, I learned that it is rather difficult to resist fixing intentionally wonky angles while I'm drawing in Illustrator!

Love the slightly skewed angles everywhere and the popping bright colors!
oh yeah, that's the first thing i thought of too with this contest! but you've redeemed it nicely here. I love the colors and the letters.
