One less plastic bag floating in the ocean means one less sea turtle mistaking it as a jellyfish and eating it.
One of the largest species of turtle living in the ocean is the leatherback turtle. His diet consists of mainly jellyfish but also plastic bags floating in the sea which are very often confused by the leatherback turtle as jellyfish. Using one less bag could make the difference that helps save the life of a turtle.

I love this bag! I think it is great you reminded folks what sometimes happens with all that plastic! Good Luck!
