INSTRUCTIONS : Cut carefully the bag exterior (18" wide x 36" high), the lining (18" wide x 36" high) and the shoulder strap (6" wide x 36" high). ** Fold the bag exterior right sides together(it'll give you a square), sew each side (1/2" seam allowance) from top to fold. Right sides together, meet the seam and the bottom fold creating a rectangle and sew across 3"1/2 to create the bag bottom. Repeat on the other side. Fold triangles upward.** Reapeat steps between **...** for the lining. Fold the shoulder strap length wise right sides together. Turn inside out. Line in with bating for more comfort. Press 1/2" towards wrong side all around the top of the bag & lining. Pin the shoulder strap inside the bag in front of the seams-make sure it isn't turned from one side to the other. Wrong side out, put the lining into the bag. Stitch the top edges of the bag and lining together trapping the strap ends inside. Go back and stitch over the ends of the strap to increase solidity.
