A fully-lined grocery tote designed to fit on 1 yard of kona cotton fabric. You could also make two totes, and use your own solid lining fabric.
Though the image looks fuzzy, the printed product should be crisp and clear.
My directions are to stitch on the inside and turn the bag right side out, but you may also form the bag and lining and then serge or use bias binding around the handles.
