My newly minted Egyptologist was very excited to get this. "You used Egypt fabric!" (It holds a small drawing pad and colored pencils.) Thanks for the awesome fabric.

Lunchbag done. Turned out really well - the print size was perfect for this project. (I ordered the twill and I have some scraps left over from a fat quarter.)

This will make a fun lunch bag! Thanks again!
Just ordered some to make a lunch bag for my son. He's an Egypt nut. Love this design - think it's going to look fabulous!
Thank you and your daughter Bard_Judith!

My six-year old home-schooled daughter loves this right alongside me. She read all the names and then informed me that 'It looks my style!'
Thank you very much Rhondadesigns!
You're designs are some of my favourite on this site. This one is so colourful and clever, I love it.
Thanks Gabzi! You snuck in there while I was making sure I spelled names right :)
Thank you Ms_corona and Babysisterrae! I agree, I could see them as puppets/dolls or cards.
This is adorable! Good luck in the contest!
Love your version of these historical figures. they would make great card game.
Hey! This is really nice! I first thought they were puppets (...and they might yet be!) Makes history fun even!
Thanks Patty and Cean! All of these entries are making a desert fan out of me. So many exciting twists on boring old sand! Hmmm Kings Play Chess on Fine Grain Sand just popped into my head :). That would of been a fun entry.
I was just going through my art history books toady looking at egyptian pillars, so I am so loving this one! The details are stunning and the characters inhumanly cute! Super job!
This is really nicely done, so many details to marvel at!
Thanks a lot Victoria, Vo, and inscribed here!
You never disappoint! I love the colours but this is brilliant in so many other ways too.
Beautiful, beautiful...love the colors and fun.
This is adorable.
Thank you Uzumakijo and Pinksodapop :)

yeah totally agree with what everyone else said - properly amazing, i so love everything you've done so far and each design just seems to get better - love everything about this, so cute and vibrant, really well thought out and wonderfully done!
Thanks Lulakiti, Evenspor, and Sparegus! The little triangle above the Khafre pyramid is also the hieroglyph for pyramid, but it looked lonely there so I drew it two friends.
how fun! I never thought they could look so adorable!
They're so cute. I love it.
I just read your descriptions and I can't believe the hieroglyphs above their heads are their names! That is SOOOO cool. You seriously rawk.
Thank you all very much! I had a lot of fun with the research and the design. I hope I get to visit there someday! I won't show the gods what I did to them though :).
I love the tiny scorpion on Serket! My favorite part :].
P.S. I LOVE your Anubis. He's so cute! :) I mean, they all are... but his doggishness is even more so.
OMIGOD... seriously... you never cease to amaze me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your work. And this is absolutely phenomenally stunning! I totally considered going Egypt myself - by the way - but I didn't. Which I am SO glad because my initial sketches were such crap comparatively! :)
I just love it! Vibrant, cute with a history lesson on top; wonderful job!
