Hi Joan,I used to save(under advise) all my new discoveries and never looked at them at all so don't anymore. I'm glad you think along similar lines- thank you so much for your comment and may we both have many more swans.

I enjoy that same sort of discovery process too Shirley...............
I was once told by a very successful digital artist that she didn't save her methodology in order to keep her work more fresh. I asked from time to time how I've achieved certain things and there is no way to describe or recreate some things as they occurred in a whim......
So I can relate to mindset..............and definitely a swan.
Thank you for the wonderful comment about this design. This was an ugly duckling that has turned into a swan- almost rejected it.
All the best,

Thanks Sylvie,As I said to Su- most unexpected attention for this one but loving it. As wallpaper it would be wild- not for me though.
Hi Su,I never expected this attention with this one as I almost rejected it but something told me to keep it. If you knew the difficulty I had to try and do the repeats on these pieces- well it was really funny how I did this . I better not put that here- thank you for your comment and the new label of faux paint drips.
The gorgeous colours and textures of this design would make this a great print to use for landscape patchwork creations!
I think it would make an interesting Wallpaper :-) It's super!
These are quite stunning! I see it as paint drips, faux paint drips... I really like the concept!
I bought the video by Diane Doran on Digital Surface Design-simple techniques for hand dyed fabric.I too was intrigued. When I more or less achieved it I couldn't leave my designs alone and applied other filters. I do not keep records of any of my changes on any particular one as they are all play to me. If I kept a history it would no longer be fun .Unfortunately I can't remember this particular one. The original photo I used had something to do with it as it was a scan of a sample piece of fabric collage given to me by a friend .?????
So cool! I am really intrigued by this interesting technique - you have some wonderful results!
