... what every glamour girl should know:
Step one: Step outside and look at the stars! Being aware of the universe puts everything into perspective!
Step two: Shower in the morning but bathe in the evening... it relaxes and soothes, especially if you scent the room with lavender candles.
Step three: Drink a glass of warm milk with a sprinkle of nutmeg or - if lactose intolerant - a calming cup of camomile tea.
Step four: Make up a hot water bottle - in a cover of course - and place at the bottom of the bed so you'll have warm tootsies.
Step five: Change into your best silk pyjamas and read something light - I love a chapter of Jeeves and Wooster or a sonnet.
Step six: Get into your comfy cosy bed... set the alarm - remember you need eight hours beauty sleep - snuggle up and snooze....
Oh No! Still awake?
Try listening to Gregorian Chant or Frederic Chopin: Nocturne No. 1.

Thank you Magenta - the palette is the fixed SF bedtime palette - the rest is all my own work!
Beautiful palette and wonderfully relaxing and stylish design!

This is fantastic Moira, and I love the coordinates as well
Hi Jan - I am so pleased you've found them and love them - thank you for the lovely comments, you've made my morning!
Your glam girls set fine examples there in their bubbles! Lovely illustrations, and fine use of the palette!
Ah Ha! You found it Tara - and you love it - How good is that?!

Oh Julie, You make me blush with such compliments - Thank you!
Relaxing night time rituals. I love it! What a great idea Moira. Great use of the palette and your ladies are lovely.
Wonderful illustrations Moira! Great work with the palette!
Oh Lisa - that is so lovely - You keep that image in your head!
I hope that this IS a self - portrait, as Rhonda suggests! I like to think of you that way, with Greta Garbo pajamas and painted toenails. (My favorite sleep starters are hot milk & honey, and a soak in the tub with a bath bomb from LUSH.) You made wonderful use of this somewhat difficult palette! Great job, Moira!
Oh Kim, thank you so much!
Maybe your best design yet, Moira, and gorgeous too.
Hi Shelly... I want those pj's too!

Thank you Celia... a 'Wow!' that must be good!
Wow Moira! this is great!
Love! And am seriously coveting those fabulous wide legged pajamas!
Hi Charlotte - I'm so pleased you love this - thank you for the vote of confidence!
This is stunning my friend. And I love the directions. You should do really well.
Thank you Ceri - I'm glad they are making you smile!
Great illustrations as always Moira! And great fun too!
I'm havinng an excellent evening thanks to all these beautiful comments -

Thank you Amy - You make me blush!

Lynn - thank you so much for noticing the fragrant bubbles... that's exactly how they are meant to read - Hurrah! Love that you noticed the painted nails too!
Your illustrations are ALL amazing (love the slippers and little painted nails)! The circles could be bubbles rising from the soothing bath. Ahhh.
Oh Moira, I love this so much, not only is your artwork fabulous, you made excellent use of the limited palette!!! Your description of steps to beauty sleep is just dreamy!!! Love, love, love!!!! Your lovely use of words comes into play again :o)
Hurrah! More lovely feedback from some lovely ladies - How Marvellous!
Thank you Sue Ellen - Ah, the lovely Miss Fisher... she of the 39 steps, perchance?
Thank you Rhonda - Self portrait... I wish!
Tina - thank you!
The alluring damsel portrayed in the design has obviously benefited from your sage advice, Moira! She is quite a glamour puss in those swish lounging pyjamas! (Is this, perchance, a self portrait?);-)
Oh, but this would make great lounging pajamas --- with wide legs and sleeves --- like the damsel's in the illustration! I'm sure Miss Fisher would wear them happily.
Oh, thank you - Vannina and Susan - for such a super response!
Beautiful! Love this!
