Purchase more than one yard for a fuller skirt or to add pockets. Note: I don't recommend following my pattern/directions exactly. First, you'll want to curve the underarm section. Next, you'll want to adjust the border placement due to the way it prints up. Maybe skip the apron altogether and just make a skirt, and use the top section for a pocket detail.
