Craft or cooks apron in Aqua Folk Flowers pattern. Please see below for finished project pictures. Flattering vertical stripe layout. Optional pocket to sew at center, at desired height, then top stitch down center of pocket for two pockets, or top stitch in two places between the flowers to create three pockets. Use grosgrain or decorative ribbon in 1 or 1 and 1/2 inch width for straps, which attach at top corners and side corners. Use metal double D rings on one side for neck and/or waist straps, if desired.
This apron can be made in about 2 hours, I am a beginner to intermediate sewer/seamstress. The time consuming part is rolling the edges and pinning, after that it goes very quickly. The finished apron hits about 4 inches above the knee on a 5 foot 8 inch body frame, and the top edge rests just across the chest, make adjustments for body frame as needed.

Crafty Apron :
Finished apron with coordinating ribbon ties. Not my contest entry, but the contest entry is based on this apron pattern, I made some revisions for the final version. Happy with this finished project, it is in quilting weight cotton, and makes a nice and practical lightweight apron.
