This is a design for an Elizabethan corset, with a spooky bleeding heart in a ribcage motive in front. It's approximately a 40-42 EU size.
The pattern for the corset was made with the help of this website (http://www.elizabethancostume.net/custompat/index.html) and for my personal measurments (approximately the sizes in the description). Short instructions on how to make the corset are on the fabric itself, but you can find more detailed instructions on that website.
If you're a smaller size, just make a pattern for your measurments with the help of the website.
There is also a face mask included on the fabric, just interface the fabric with some heavy weight interfacing and cut it out.
An Elizabethan corset, unlike the corsets we are used to, is not made to cinch in your waste, but to kind of flaten and lift your bossom, that's why it can be made from a single piece of fabric.

What a fantastic idea. I hope you are going to make this so we can see it on. Sometimes you just can't get the instructions in the bottom corner. Your link for them should be enough if someone needs to see them. I think your description of how the corset is meant to fit helps people visualize it, and that's what is important.

Thank you! I corrected the description:) I'll put the instructins there next time, It was so hard to find a visualy pleasing position for everything:D
It was great to see this in the contest - so totally unique!! And very clever and nicely done. I loved the details in your description - so interesting and helpful. (When you say "to singe in your waste" I think it should be "to cinch in your waist" - though "cinch" is quite an old fashioned word so there might be a better one to use). A trick I learned from the last Cut and Sew contest is that if you put the instructions at the left hand bottom corner then they can be read when people look at a swatch view.
Such fab Halloween fun, great looking spooky spider background too!
Such a great idea, very clever!
Thank you! Unfortunately I got the idea too late to get a swatch soon enought to offer this up for sale before haloween. But once I'm sure it's nice when it's printed, I'll defintely do that! :)
This is a lovely design! I bet this will be a real eye-catcher on Halloween.
I do hope you decide to offer this for sale! I am charmed.
