Lovely colours and design. Loooking at this design everytime, one tends to see something different.
I see dots forming diagonals / diamonds at the background, check-like sqaures lies on this diagonal background. However, I see squares with dots , playing a kind of board game.... (haaaha). The versality of this design is good. well done. Any item (Be it a gown/ dress, shirt, shirt, hat, totes/ bags, shoes, home decor items) made from this fabric, will always look good.
Thank you very much for your kind words and good wishes, Kara and Lisa! Your comments are much appreciated! :-)

I was just thinking about that shoe design contest - maybe you could take something somewhat similar to this design and bring it down to an even smaller scale for that contest? Using neutrals and some bright and fun shoe colors, of course!
Good luck with the dim sum comp this week, Rhonda, not the easiest topic to design for, but you did well :) Simple, yet so many applications of this design are possible!
Thank you very much for your lovely comments, Sigrid and Victoria! I was hoping that people could see the potential for using this design to co-ordinate with other limited palette, Dim Sum designs! :-)
A great textural take on the theme. Useable for dolls, or babies, this will be also a very useful design coordinate used with any other design from the contest.
So suitable for many purposes. fun and beautiful!
Thank you very much for your kind words and positive feedback, Tara, Carole and Amy! Lol Amy, maybe that is why I have been hunting for munchy treats in my pantry this week! ;-)
This clever design makes me want to go out and eat large round fried things covered with sesame seeds.
wow. simple and erfect
I agree with all of the quilting comments. This would be perfect. You used the restricted color palette just beautifully! Nice work, Rhonda!!
Thank you very much for the wonderful comments, Lynn, Jan, Penney and Kelly! My mind is still playing with the possibilities of "yum cha checkers" and "dumpling chess" Jan! ;-)
so cute and simple and pretty!
A perfect design for quilting and other real world project, flexible and just right for the Dim Sum contest too.
What a lovely and flexible design! Just right for tabletop, or a perfect pattern to quilt... even a gameboard for yum cha checkers, dumpling chess...
Nice, original take on the dim sum theme...simple yet strong! This would be a great complement to many collections.
Thank you very much for your kind and thoughtful comments, Sue Ellen, Supersophie and Ashley! :-) Sue Ellen, like you I really liked this palette. In fact, I liked it so much that I couldn't resist using it in various combinations on geometric designs that I have had waiting in the "wings" for some time!
This is so much fun! I love all your coordinates too :)
Very nice ! One of my favorite ! Good luck :-)
This is one of the "SF Limited Palettes" that I have really liked (even if I lack the imagination to see it for food), and your use of it in this design has resulted in a perky, bright, Spring-y pattern, good for clothing and quilts, and many other applications. This design will translate well to other palettes, also.
Thank you, Sarah! Much appreciated! :-)
Thank you so much for the compliments, Melanie and Moira! Lol, "Tic Tac Dim Sum" sounds like playing with your food, Moira! I can't help chuckling at the idea of the new dinner-time ritual &/or game of playing "Tic Tac Dim Sum" to see who wins the choicest morsels!! ;-O)
Lovely Tic Tac Dim Sum!
Love it and it's coordinates - well done Rhonda!
Love this simple but very striking design, lovely work!
Thank you very much for your sweet comments, Isabella and Jude! :-)
super cute! I love the 'noughts & crosses' effect at a larger scale too!
This deceptively simple little geometric very cleverly captures the essence of the theme. It's very useable and looks fantastic.

You are a brave soul Rhonda, to set your scale this small for a contest. It is lovely at this scale though. The whole collection is lovely...and scaled perfectly for quilts, ties, dollhouse wallpaper, and all kinds of crafty stuff!

Wonderful design. Great work. I love the little chopstick x next to the dim sum.
Terrific little geo design - naughts and crosses or dim sum and chopsticks? Both perhaps. Lots of potential uses for this one Rhonda!
