I suspect quite a few voters will miss the parody point of this one through not noticing that the signs have been subtly altered and have non-standard wording.

Perhaps your grandson should choose / create his own favourite signs with you, since I expect US symbols are a little different from UK ones. The picket fence is a slightly more US concept though.
Hah! I love it, especially the chevrons prohibited. :^) Spoonflower in-joke for the win.
Oh, I shall have to get this to make a pillow for one of my grandsons! When he was small, he was so enamored of roadsigns that I found a 2-CD-set from a sign-maker, and he sat on my lap in front of the computer reading the road signs, then we printed the ones he liked best for his scrapbook. He will particularly like the "caterpillar crossing" because he is always on the alert for them. I am particularly fond of "excessive gravity" and "danger of surprise!" Once again, you've brightened my day :-D Brilliant!!!
Thanks. The chevron one is very much aimed at Spoonflower users and is not one of my early road sign parodies. I deliberately left out the infamous "man opening umbrella" sign because I probably wasn't the first with that one.
Ha ha ha ha ha! these are great. I love 'chevrons prohibited' and 'nothing to see here'... well, really I love them all - great reinterpretations!
