Collection: Tooths and Bones
Hello :). I am a film and textile artist from South Australia.
Some of my designs are for fun. Others are about issues close to my heart.
Hope you like what you see!
Thanks for visiting!

Hordes of 'zoetropic-esque' skeletons ascend their pixel dungeons with Lychee the rat.
Rawr! Rattle. Squeak!
Basic repeat with a subtle background texture.
Was created as my '8-Bit Fit' contest submission.
I have also created a 'Tooths and Bones' collection to compliment 'Boning Up.' The collection includes three 'floppytooth' fabrics, a 'hi-res' Lychee the rat pattern and a number of test-swatch sized designs for various creative uses including pockets, patches or bags.

Super fun design!
Thank you, Rhonda! I was aiming 'gamey' lol but something that also had an 'active' feel. Video-Gamers can be physically leet too, right? Just not as lean as these skellies please. :) Never realised that my Kinesiology and Biomechanics papers would end up, years later, inspiring a fabric design. lol
This is a brilliant piece of design work, Jasmin! I can almost see these super-fit characters pumping their way up the endless stepped slopes!
After receiving my proof swatches, I razzed up the green and magenta and enhanced the background brick texture... so unfortunately there is no *exact* fabric swatch example I can upload just yet, but here is a close up detail of a skelly on poly cotton. :D

Sincere thanks for your comment, Su. :)
Wonderful!! Get those 8-bits fit indeed! I really admire your imaginative approach here!
Thank you, Mademoiselle Eclectic. :) I'm hoping to make some cargo pants later and use the floppy disk patches for big patch pockets. Might even make my nutty professor hubby a tie from the floppy tooth, lol... yep he wants the magenta one!
That's lovely, and it would make fun pants.
Thank you, Kelly! Thank you, Julia! :)
oh, cool! And amazingly skeletal for just a handful of white dots! Except now I want the fabric to animate itself.... (I imagine them running really screaming fast on someone's 386 after being programmed for a 286...) ;o)
