weaving...

weavingmajor says: Thanks Su! Hee hee - the "pie charts" seemed just as unusual to me, and also did surprisingly well - I didn't expect any of us 'rebels' to get in the top 100 ;oD But who can ever predict these things?

ceanirm...

ceanirminger says: so clever, Kelly! I love how pi looks like it goes on forever as it narrows down, just like the real thing! Wonderful rhythm, too.

weaving...

weavingmajor says: Thanks Lucinda, Shelly and Victoria! Shelly - thanks for noticing! I had thoughts of my high school math class where to approximate Pi we had to divide a circle into smaller and smaller slices and then reverse every other slice, line them up, and measure across the top and bottom. The thinner the sliver the closer our measurement...

victori...

victorialasher says: It had to be a challenge to decide which of your wonderful Pi designs to enter in this contest. I think the apple was a good choice for the Fall season.

weaving...

weavingmajor says: Thanks Pamela! You might have thought of it before I did, then - I only thought of it the night before last! <p> And thanks Su! I love the Synergy apple palette - Sarah did a great job picking colors for it. I keep thinking you should join us, especially for the 'shiny' challenge - I thought of your 'ice cream' oil painting dots for that!
