Poor Louise! When the chickens opened The Painted Egg, she thought she could come too, but the hens said it was "just for us chickens."

Ha. :-) Thanks, Sylvie. Appreciate your comments and your taking a look at poor Louise and those snooty chicks going to the Painted Egg!
Shame poor Louise, So sad to have to stay at home on a Friday Night! A Quirky design Deborah, so amusing. Best of luck! :^D ~ Sylvie
Thanks, Su, for taking a look at Louise and The Painted Egg. I just couldn't resist. Appreciate your comments.
What fun!! Except for poor Louise of course... the look on her face is just priceless! It reminds me of those funny postcards you can sometimes find... of which my favorite was "Darth Vader trims the hedge" - and there he was with his laser-beam power stick or whatever you call it... in the suburban wilds...
Thanks so much, Rhonda. I like your word play. I had fun with this one. Thank you for taking a look at the design. I appreciate it.
Poor Louise! Her egg-citement about Karaoke night was baadly misplaced! This would be a fabulous fun novelty print to use in patchwork and quilting projects. I can see it being featured on items ranging from aprons and T-shirts, to tote bags and quilts! I love your quirky style in this collection of designs, Deborah!
