This is my entry in the gardening tools Spoonflower fabric contest. White background also available soon. My daughter is the gardener of the family and my grand daughter loves to help. Now 6 years old and having helped mom from 2 years old she has gotten really good at planting, weeding, watering and especially harvesting. It is something she takes great pride in. Gardening has opened her up to eating more vegetables and has taught her better eating habits as well. This year she will be helping to put in a new and improved root vegetable garden where an old decorative pond use to be. I am excited to get the overflow of organic carrots, radishes, turnips and beets. Root salad here I come. Yum!
